Send the quote the way you always do. Then add it on your phone, check the texts and the dates, and press start. Up to three short texts go out, normally on working days 2, 5 and 10. As soon as they reply, the rest are cancelled.

Can I use it now?
It’s in pilot with a small group of UK trades. We set it up and test it with you before a single customer gets a text.
Do you send the quote for me?
No. You send it as usual. We chase it afterwards.
How many texts, and when?
Three at most, around working days 2, 5 and 10. Weekdays 9am to 5pm only, and never after the quote expires.
What if they reply?
The texts stop. You get an email and take it from there.
Does AI text my customers?
No. AI only reads the replies and sums them up. Nothing goes out unless you press send.
Which number do the texts come from?
A UK mobile number just for your business. Customers reply to it, and you answer from your phone.
Can I text any customer?
Only those who’ve agreed to hear from you by text, on quotes sent in the last 30 days.
What if someone replies STOP?
They’re blocked, and every text still waiting to go to them is cancelled.
Can I stop it myself?
Yes. One quote or all of them, from your phone. Won or lost? Mark it and its texts stop. Sorted it on a call? Mark that too, because it can’t see your calls.
Anything to install?
No. It’s a web page on your phone.
