Privacy notice
Last updated 19 August 2026
This notice explains what happens to the personal information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who we are
ThriveX AI Ltd is the data controller for the information described here.
Data controller
ThriveX AI Ltd
Registered in England & Wales, company number 17395687
Registered office: 4th Floor, Auburn House, 42 Upper Piccadilly, Bradford BD1 3NU

What we collect, and only when you send it
If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name you type, and the email address or phone number you give us, along with anything you write in the message box. That is all. There is nothing else on this site that collects information about you.
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies at all, which is why you were not asked to accept any.
Why we hold it, and on what legal basis
We use what you send for one purpose: to reply to you about the enquiry you made. The lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR — you asked us to get in touch, and replying is what you would reasonably expect.
We will not add you to a mailing list, and we will not send you anything you did not ask for.
Where it goes
The form sends your message straight to our email inbox. It is not stored in a database on this website, and there is no admin panel holding a list of enquiries.
Our email is provided by Google (Gmail), which acts as a processor on our behalf and may store the message on servers outside the UK. Google is covered by the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the contract and for tax records, which HMRC requires us to hold for six years.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with other companies, and we do not pass enquiries to other trades or lead-generation services.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it, or restrict how we use it
- object to us relying on legitimate interests
Email thrivexai33@gmail.com and we will deal with it within one month. There is no charge.
If you are not happy with how we handled it
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
