Questions
Before you book.
Are you taking NHS patients?
No. We’re a private practice and don’t hold an NHS contract. If you need an NHS dentist, the NHS website lists practices near you that are taking new patients.
I’m nervous. Can you help?
Tell us when you book. Your first visit can be just a chat in the room with nothing done, and you can stop at any point by raising your hand.
Do you see children?
Yes, from their first tooth. Children on a parent’s plan have their check-ups included.
Can I spread the cost of bigger treatment?
Ask us. For aligners and implants we can split the payments across the stages of treatment, agreed in writing before we start.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us 24 hours and there’s no charge. Ring or text the practice number.
Is there parking?
Pay-and-display on the street outside, and the harbourside car park is a four-minute walk.
