How we work
Ten minutes of talking before anyone picks up the scissors.
Bring a photo, or bring nothing. We look at how your hair grows, how much time you give it in the morning, and what went wrong last time. Then we tell you what we’d do, what it costs, and how long it will last.

Longer and thicker hair takes more time and more colour, so some prices start from. You’ll have the exact figure at your consultation, before anything is cut or mixed.

Before you book.
How do I book?
Ring us, or use the Book button on this page. Tell us what you’re after and roughly how long your hair is, so we give you enough time.
Do you take a deposit?
Only for colour appointments over two hours: £20, taken off your bill on the day. Give us 48 hours to move or cancel and it’s refunded in full.
Do I really need a skin test?
Yes, if you’re new to colour with us or it’s been over six months. It’s free, takes two minutes, and it’s there to protect you from a reaction.
Do you cut curly hair dry?
Yes. Rosie and Isla cut curls dry, one at a time, so you see the shape as it will sit. Come with your hair down and no product in it.
What if I don’t love it?
Come back within seven days and we’ll put it right, free. Tell us on the day if you can: it’s easier to fix before you leave.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Under-12s cuts are £22 with any of us, and there’s a box of books by the window.
